Scott Mattox is the founder and owner of Dependable Bookkeeping and Tax LLC, where he has provided trusted financial and tax services to clients for over 11 years. A retired U.S. Marine with 21 years of active-duty service, Scott brings discipline, precision, and leadership to every aspect of his work.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, California. Before starting his firm, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple industries, including a construction company, a broadcasting company with 13 television stations, and a national trucking company with operations in over 70 locations across 30 states.
